RAPLAS
PR400i
Thanks to dual-projector technology, the PR400i achieves build times up to 10 times faster than conventional systems. This significantly increases throughput in demanding applications. With a build volume of 420 × 384 mm, the PR400i supports both larger parts and multiple components in a single print run, enabling scalable production without compromise.
Inspired by SLA technology, our peel-off support system ensures distortion-free, robust, and dimensionally accurate components – even with complex geometries. The dual projectors deliver UHD images for razor-sharp precision in microstructures and delicate components.
Our proprietary Integra+ software, enhanced by Raplas SmartBuild™ technology developed in partnership with Materialise, provides dynamic, real-time control to optimize quality and speed – individually for each part. The system is designed for all third-party 385 nm and 405 nm resins qualified by Raplas, offering true material freedom without vendor lock-in.
