2. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which z.B. The log contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request.

This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our services. Hosting services provided by a third-party provider
As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider hosts and displays our website. All data collected through the use of this website or via forms provided in the online shop, as described below, is processed on their servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope described here.

a) Contact details:

Specifically, we use the data you provide to us (name, surname, street, house number, postal code, city, email address, telephone number) in particular to identify you as our customer, to contact you, to send you invoices, to process any liability claims, and to assert contractual claims against you.

b) When subscribing to the newsletter:

If you have expressly consented in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a of the GDPR, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter regularly. c) Order and payment details:

  • Payment data is collected in encrypted form and used exclusively for processing the corresponding transaction.
  • As a registered customer, you can save your address during the ordering process. This ensures that your delivery address is securely and easily saved for future purchases. You can also manage or delete this saved data and re-enter it for each order.

d) Registration data:

During the ordering process, you have the option to create a customer account with us.Your address details, including your email address and order history, are stored here. For your next order, you will only need to enter your customer name and a password. Please keep your password confidential.

e) Deletion of data:

Your data stored with us will only be kept for as long as it is needed for optimal processing.

  • Your customer account data will be stored until you send an email to info@burms.de send: with a request to delete it.
  • The order data will remain stored without a customer account until processing.

The data will then be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations. Data required for processing outstanding tasks or enforcing our rights and claims, as well as data we are legally obligated to retain, are excluded from deletion. In this case, the data will be blocked from further use.

 

3. Data sharing:

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those stated. Disclosure to third parties will only occur if:

  • You have given your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
  • the transfer is necessary pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not having your data transferred,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose the data pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, as well as
  • This is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of a contract with you in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For the purpose of tailoring our website to user needs and continuously optimizing it, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/ (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google").
