After 3D printing with resin, thorough cleaning is essential. The ShapeWash Series ultrasonic cleaner ensures efficient and material-friendly cleaning of your resin components and is available in the 020s and 040s variants.

Two models for different applications

The devices in the series feature a stainless steel housing that is suitable for industrial applications and is easy to clean after multiple parts cleaning cycles.

The ShapeWash 040S is the perfect choice when printing large parts with the P400 series models or requiring frequent, high-volume cleaning.

Cleaning

The ShapeWash 020S and 040S are compatible with alcohol and isopropyl alcohol (IPA) as cleaning agents.

Ultrasonic propulsion

The ShapeWash series uses the high-frequency vibration of the ultrasonic motor to set the cleaning medium in motion. This creates a high-pressure influence around the resin object, which removes loose resin residue on the surface of the 3D printed parts. The result is cleanly hardened parts that are ready for finishing.
