2K injection molding
Two-component injection molding (2K injection molding) is a special injection molding process in which two materials (multi-component) are injected in a single process. Two different plastics are injected into a mold simultaneously or sequentially. This process makes it possible to injection mold parts from different materials or in multiple colors in a single operation. Colors and material properties can be combined.
